Daily Guest Fee - $10. Guest must be sponsored by current Sanderson Center student or staff member.
       
Academic Year '13 – '14 memberships are effective August 19, 2013 – May 17, 2014, and are restricted to faculty and staff.
       
Students may not sponsor guests for more than one semester.
       
To qualify for the Family Plan, proof of co-habitation and/or guardianship is required.
       
Early Bird members’ usage of the Sanderson Center is restricted to 5:30 am – 11:00 am, Monday through Friday, and anytime during weekends, holidays, and interim periods.
       
Pay-to-Play cards expire one year from the date of purchase. For sponsored guests, the card expires on the same date as the sponsor's membership.

2014 Summer Fun memberships: May 19, 2014 – September 1, 2014
Available to MSU faculty and staff only.

Semester memberships for students coincide with academic semesters.

Semester memberships for staff/retirees/affiliates for 2012 – 2013:
Fall - September 1 – December 22
Spring - January 3 – April 30
Summer - May 1 – August 31

Monthly memberships expire one month from the date of purchase. Annual memberships expire one year from the date of purchase.

Purchase memberships in the Member Services Office. Please bring a valid MSU identification card. We accept cash, check, or credit card, or the fee may be applied to your MSU account. Payroll deduction is also available to faculty and staff.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Memberships are not prorated

Membership may be RENEWED by email (sflowers@saffairs.msstate.edu or by fax (325-8792). Members who have an annual membership that is payroll deducted may register for perpetual membership – there is no expiration for the membership as long as the member is employed by Mississippi State University.

Faculty, staff, students, alumni, retirees, and affiliates may sponsor guests for membership. Guests may not sponsor other guests. A member of the faculty/staff may sponsor his/her spouse/partner without joining themselves. Sponsors must be present at the Member Services Office at the time of enrollment. Sponsored guests may not hold memberships longer than their sponsors. Students may sponsor guests for one month or one semester only. Sponsored guests will be issued a Sanderson Center photo membership card, which must be used to gain access to the facility.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

THE DEPARTMENT OF RECREATIONAL SPORTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME FOR FAILURE TO ABIDE BY POLICIES, FOR FAILURE TO FOLLOW A STAFF MEMBER'S DIRECTIVE, OR FOR THE MISUSE OR ABUSE OF FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT.
