Stop by the Sanderson Center first floor fitness room today and ask about our personal training services. Our certified staff will assess your fitness goals, develop a workout plan for you, teach you how to properly perform resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning exercises, and keep you motivated! From the novice to the experienced exerciser, our trainers have the knowledge and skill to work with you to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.
