Sawyer Tennis Courts

The Department of Recreational Sports manages the Sawyer Tennis Courts, which are located just west of Cresswell and Hathorn Halls. Automatic lighting is provided and the courts are well kept. The Sawyer Tennis Courts are for use by university faculty, staff, and students only.

Reservations

• Courts 1-3 are available for reservation. Please call 325-3002, 24-hours prior to play to reserve a court.
• Courts 4-5 are intended for open play without reservations.
• University-affiliated tournament reservations can be made at a cost of $5 per court per hour. The payment is due at the Sanderson Center Membership Services office 24-hours prior to play.
• Court reservations should be made 1 to 7 days prior to the rental.

Court Priority

• Physical Education department
• Recreational Sports Intramurals
• Tournament play ($5/court per hour)
• Reservation play (courts 1-3)
• Open play by university faculty, staff and students

Court Rules

• No pets, food or glass containers.
• No skateboards, No bicycle riding, No rollerblading
• Please help keep our courts clean
